Mission Hill Bistro uses only the highest quality ingredients in every recipe and product we produce. Each cut of beef is selected at the direction of our chef for tenderness, color and marbling. Using a proprietary, all natural* sauce created by our award winning chef we then slow cook the fork tender steak tips with a full serving of vegetables for over 12 hours. This unique process seals in the natural flavor and juice providing a meal experience that will bring back childhood memories.
